It is vital to get the right kind of help when you are looking to save your home, or if the decision of short sale vs. foreclosure becomes inevitable.  Each has it’s own nuances you need to know.  You need to know too that no one should “recommend” you stop making your payments.  If you stop making payments on your loans, you may lose your home.
